If it has something wrong — a name, a date, a medication — tell it so, and the correction sticks. A remembered mistake is worse than no memory at all, so fixing one takes one sentence, not a phone call.
One fact or the whole notebook — your call. When you say "forget that," it is gone from our computers. Not hidden. Gone.
Where does it live? Your memories are kept on our own computers in the United States, under lock and key (the technical word is "encrypted"). Who can read them? You, and anyone you choose to invite — like a son or daughter who helps you out. The few people who keep our computers running could technically reach them — that's true of any service that stores your information — so we hold ourselves to this: nobody looks unless you've asked us to fix something, and every look leaves a record we can show you. We don't sell your information, we don't share it, and we never use it to show you advertisements.
